Dr. Novack diagnosed my extensive gum disease that no other dental professional identified over twenty-five years ago. His thorough explanations, expert skills, and sincere interest in my well-being helped cushion the shock of this discovery - and having to undergo several gum surgeries. My gums were rehabilitated enough for me to undergo 4 years of braces - which wouldn't have been possible without his treatment. He collaborates with my regular dental team so that my treatment plans are seamlessly co-ordinated, sending them regular detailed reports of my oral health. He provides a direct, honest approach to treatment options and will suggest performing multiple procedures - if necessary - at once, to reduce cost and discomfort. Dr. Novack calls me at home post-treatment - even while on vacation, and is accessible 24/7 for patient issues. Recently , Dr. Novack installed two sets of implants. This complex job meant several surgeries, including bone grafts. I now have a great set of gums and teeth (some real, some artificial). Dr. Sari Novack conveniently works in the same office as her father. Patients get the added bonus of having a periodontist and general practitioner - who share the same philosophy of providing top-notch patient care - under the same roof. I highly recommend Dr. Phliip Novack and Dr. Sari Novack for not only periodontal/implant services, but also for general oral care services.

I had the pleasure of meeting Dr. Philip Novack, Dr. Sari Novack and their lovely dental assistant Kelly this past September. They are the friendliest, most wonderful staff I have ever encountered in a clinical setting! Dr. Novack did my implant surgery and I am so thankful to have found him (I was referred by his daughter, Dr. Sari Novack, who is also a wonderful dentist).
